Issue 56:
Description
On the Dell 12th generation PowerEdge systems, when downgrading from 2.10.10 to 1.66.65, existing users may
occasionally be lost.
Resolution
Re-enter the users after the downgrade. It is recommended that you check the custom settings while upgrading or
downgrading the firmware.

All Dell 12th generation PowerEdge systems downgraded from 2.10.10.10 to 1.66.65.
Issue 57:
Description
The watchdog timer expired error is logged in the SEL on deleting an iDRAC license file.
Resolution
None.
Versions/ Systems Affected
All Dell PowerEdge systems with iDRAC Service Module (iSM) enabled from 1.65.65 to 2.10.10.10.
Issue 58:
Description
When Single Sign-on is enabled, the Apply action intermittently fails on systems running Internet Explorer 10 or later
versions.
Resolution
Retry the apply operation by clicking Apply twice.

All Dell PowerEdge systems with iDRAC8.
Issue 59:
Description
After upgrading iDRAC from version 1.57.57 to 2.20.20.20, the job status in the job queue page in the iDRAC GUI is
marked as Completed (0%).
Resolution
The 0% does not indicate anything and the job is complete.

Issue 60:
Description
EOL/Obsolete Software SNMP version detected. [Qualysguard]
Resolution
By default, iDRAC enables SNMP v1, v2, and v3 protocol to validate SNMP queries and gets received from remote
systems requesting SNMP data access. Disable SNMP service if not using. To secure credentials, enable SNMP v3
only using RACADM or iDRAC Web interface.
