This object is applicable only for iDRAC on Rack and Tower Servers and not for iDRAC Enterprise on Blade

Description
This property specifies the role-based authority privileges allowed for the user. The value is represented as a
bit mask that allows for any combination of privilege values. The table below describes the user privilege bit
values that can be combined to create bit masks.
