本节列出了有关 iDRAC Service Module 的一些常见问题。
在安装或运行 iDRAC Service Module 之前，是否需要卸载 Open
Manage Server Administrator？
否。在安装或运行 iDRAC Service Module 之前，请确保已停止 iDRAC Service Module 提供的 Server Administrator 功能。
注: 不需要卸载 Server Administrator。
如何知道我的系统中已安装 iDRAC Service Module？
要确定系统中是否安装了 iDRAC Service Module，
• 在 Windows 上：
运行 service.msc 命令。从服务列表中查找是否有名为 DSM iDRAC Service Module 的服务。
• 在 Linux 上：
运行命令 /etc/init.d/dcismeng status。如果已安装 iDRAC Service Module，显示的状态将是 running。
注: 使用 systemctl status dcismeng.service 命令（而非 init.d 命令）检查是否在 RedHat Enterprise Linux 7
和 SUSE Linux Enterprise 12 操作系统上安装了 iDRAC Service Module。
