预安装设置
在安装 iDRAC Service Module 之前，请确保您满足以下条件：
• Dell 的第 12 代 PowerEdge 或更高版本的服务器。有关支持的平台列表，请参阅支持的平台。
• 最低固件版本 - 对于 iDRAC7 为 1.57.57 或更高版本，对于 iDRAC8 为 2.00.00.00 或更高版本。
注: 如果在 iDRAC7 1.5x.5x 上安装 iDRAC Service Module 2.0，则不能使用 iDRAC Service Module 2.0 或更高版本提
供的新功能。但是，您可以获得 iDRAC Service Module 1.0 的功能。
• 管理员权限。
• 阅读操作系统的安装说明。
• 阅读适用的发行说明文件和 Systems Software Support Matrix（系统软件支持值表）。
• 阅读安装要求，以确保系统可满足或超出最低要求。
• 安装 iDRAC Service Module 应用程序之前，请关闭在系统上运行的所有应用程序。
安装要求
本节介绍 iDRAC Service Module 的一般要求，并提供有关所支持的操作系统和基本系统要求的信息。
Windows
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64 SP2、Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1、Windows 2012、Windows
2012 R2
、Windows Server 2016 和 Windows Nano 操作系统。
Linux
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7、Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2、SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4、
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP1 和 SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP2 操作系统。
VMWare ESXi
• VMware ESXi 5.5 U3、VMware ESXi 6.0 U1
Citrix XenServer
• Citrix XenServer 6.5 和 Citrix XenServer 7.0。
注: 具体操作系统的前提要求将作为安装过程的一部分列出。
注: 可以使用用户界面安装 iDRAC Service Module。安装程序还支持无提示安装机制。
