Description
DeletVD from CTR-R using warm reboot causes further VD create failure (using iDRAC interfaces through realtime
job) on same physical disks on maxconfig.
Resolution
Perform a power cycle or run the racreset command.

Issue 253506:
Description
Creating a RAID 10 volume with span length greater than 2 or number of physical drives more than 8, using any
iDRAC or Lifecycle Controller interfaces such as WS-MAN, RACADM, or web interface results in reduced size VD
creation.
Resolution
Try creating the RAID volume with the above requirements, using <F2> – System Setup or Open Manage Server
Administrator.
The fix for this issue is also available in iDRAC8 version 2.21.20.20.
