Issue 43:
Description
When the physical drives connected to a PERC storage controller are in Non-RAID (or unitialized) state, the size
reported by the iDRAC interfaces (WS-MAN, RACADM, and iDRAC GUI) is slightly less than the actual size of the
drive.
Resolution
This is only a reporting issue. Full capacity of the drives can be used to deploy the operating systems. Other Dell
applications and utilities will continue to report the right size.

Issue 44:
Description
On updating Dell PowerEdge FD332 PERC controllers to 25.2.2-0002, the controller is switched to HBA mode.
Resolution
Manually switch the controller to RAID mode by rebooting the host and with the Ctrl+R option using the Option ROM
interface.

All Dell PowerEdge system with iDRAC8 and with PERC Controller version 25.2.2-0002.
Issue 45:
Description
The Virtual Address feature under Persistence Policy may not work when set to default, if the
VirtualAddressManagement attribute is set to FlexAddress mode on iDRAC and if the FlexAddress feature is disabled
in CMC.
Resolution
Set the VirtualAddressManagement attribute to Console mode in iDRAC or enable the FlexAddress feature in CMC.

Issue 46:
Description
Using the Server Configuration Profile Import feature with EndHostPowerState attribute set to ON may not power on
the server after the job is complete in some cases where the configuration changes does not require host server to be
powered ON to apply the settings. This impacts iDRAC Direct functionality as well as profile import using WS-MAN
and RACADM.
Resolution
In the target XML to be applied, include at least one attribute from NIC, RAID, or BIOS.
