Otherwise, keep alive packets are sent to guarantee that the client is responding.

cfgSsnMgtTelnetIdleTimeout (Read or Write)
Description
Denes the Telnet idle timeout. This property sets the amount of time in seconds that a connection is allowed to
remain idle (there is no user input). The session is canceled if the time limit exceeds this property. Changes to this
setting do not aect the current session (you must log out and log in again to make the new settings eective.)
An expired Telnet session displays the following error message:
For iDRAC on Rack and Tower Servers: Connection timed out
For iDRAC Enterprise on Blade Servers: Session timed out. Closing the session.
After the message is displayed, the system returns you to the shell that generated the Telnet session.

This group contains conguration parameters for the serial conguration. One instance of the group is allowed.

: The cfgSerial object group is applicable for iDRAC Enterprise on Blade Servers for only two properties —
cfgSerialTelnetEnable=1 and cfgSerialSshEnable=1.

Description
Sets the baud rate on the serial port.
