Description The maximum privilege on the IPMI LAN channel.

Description This property specifies the role-based authority privileges allowed
for the user. The value is represented as a bit mask that allows for
any combination of privilege values. Table 3-3 describes the user
privilege bit values that can be combined to create bit masks.
