Note:
Use the Dell-customized ESXi 4.0 Update 1 Embedded edition. This
image is available at support.dell.com and www.vmware.com. The remote
deployment and local installation of ESXi through Virtual Media is
not supported for standard ESXi Embedded version 4.0, as the
installation may fail with the error message, "Installation failed
as more than one USB device found."
