● When the guest and local user both sets the Auto SignOn option as Enabled, the last enabled auto signon user takes the
precedence over the previous user.

HC-8201 After a fresh installation and restart, the Device Settings page
displays a blank page intermittently.
Close and open the Device
Settings page.
HC-8205 Zoom fails to detect camera inside Citrix VDI. There is no workaround in this
release.
HC-8032 In VMware session, USB Redirection does not work for domain users. There is no workaround in this
release.
HC-8044 The Citrix VDI session disconnects immediately when headset is
unplugged during a Zoom call.
There is no workaround in this
release.
HC-8043 Control buttons such as Volume Up, Volume Down, Mute, Call
Connect, and Call Disconnect does not work in a Citrix VDI session.
There is no workaround in this
release.
Important notes
Dell Technologies recommends to use an 8 GB RAM for better performance.
