Option 82 is comprised of two sub-options, circuit id and remote id. Remote id uses the MAC address
of the relay information which adds Option 82 to identify the host sending the message. Use the ip
dhcp relay information-option remote-id command to change the default remote-id value of the
switch.

Specify a lease time for the addresses in a pool.
Syntax
lease {days [hours] [minutes] | infinite}

Set the hostname of the switch as the remote-id for Option 82.
remote-id
Configure the system to enable the remote-id (MAC address) for Option 82.
