Information
Broadcast traffic (all 0xFs) should be counted against broadcast storm control meter, not
against the multicast storm control meter. It is possible, however, that some multicast control
traffic may get dropped when storm control thresholds are exceeded.
storm-control multicast (Interface)

Configure the percentage of multicast traffic allowed on an C-Series or S-Series interface
(ingress only) network only.

To disable multicast storm control on the interface, use the no storm-control multicast
packets_per_second in command.
