Information

A basic difference between S-Series and other Dell Force10 platforms is that, on the S-Series, FTOS

does not save configurations into NVRAM while the user enters them in the BLI. Instead, the

configurations are saved in a software cache and are written into NVRAM only on the execution of this

save command or of the reload command.

Display the current FTOS boot image.

Enter the location keywords and information:

• For a file on the internal Flash, enter

flash:// followed by the filename.

• For a file on the external Flash, enter

slot0:// followed by the filename.
