This chapter describes how to configure the S-Series to serve as a DHCP/BootP relay agent or a DHCP
server.

Table 8-6 describes the messages that are exchanged between a DHCP client and server.
Note: The S-Series switch can only act as a DHCP/BootP relay agent when the Layer 3
Package of SFTOS is installed.
