Force10 Service Agent
Overview
The Force10 Service Agent (FTSA), commonly called a call-home service, collects information from
the chassis manager, constructs email messages, and sends the messages to the recipients that you
configure.
For details on the use of FTSA commands and the structure of FTSA messages, refer to the Service
Agent (FTSA) chapter in the FTOS Configuration Guide.
All commands in this chapter are supported on C-Series and the E-Series using TeraScale cards.
Platform support is indicated by the characters that appear below each command heading —
c for
C-Series,
e for E-Series.
