Enable soft-reconfiguration debugging for IPv4 multicast routes.
Syntax
debug ip bgp [ipv4-address | ipv6-address | peer-group-name] ipv4 multicast
soft-reconfiguration
To disable debugging, use the no debug ip bgp [ipv4-address | ipv6-address | peer-group-name]
ipv4 multicast soft-reconfiguration command.

ipv4 multicast
Clear and reapply policies for all IPv4 multicast routes.

outbound policies are reset.
