Field Description
“Clock is...” States whether or not the switch clock is synchronized, which NTP stratum the system
is assigned and the IP address of the NTP peer.
“frequency is...” Displays the frequency (in ppm), stability (in ppm) and precision (in Hertz) of the
clock in this system.
“reference time is...” Displays the reference time stamp.
“clock offset is...” Displays the system offset to the synchronized peer and the time delay on the path to
the NTP root clock.
“root dispersion is...” Displays the root and path dispersion.
“peer mode is...” State what NTP mode the switch is. This should be client mode.
show ntp associations Display information on NTP master and peer configurations.
