Usage Information Each time you issue this command, it replaces the previously congured address of the same family. The no
virtual-ip command takes an address/prex-length argument, so that the desired address only is removed. If
you enter the
no virtual-ip command without any specied address, the IPv4 virtual addresses are removed.

Copy the current conguration to either the startup-conguration le or the terminal.
Syntax
write {memory | terminal}
Parameters
memory
Enter the keyword memory to copy the current running conguration to the startup
conguration le. This command is similar to the copy running-config startup-
config
command.
terminal Enter the keyword terminal to copy the current running conguration to the terminal.
This command is similar to the show running-configcommand.

Usage Information The write memory command saves the running-conguration to the le labeled startup-conguration. When
using a LOCAL CONFIG FILE other than the startup-cong not named “startup-conguration”, the running-cong
is not saved to that le; use the copy command to save any running-conguration changes to that local le.
