Usage Information At least one interface must be in Layer 3 mode for the router bgp command to be accepted. If no interfaces
are enabled for Layer 3, an error message appears:
% Error: No router id
configured

shutdown all
Disables all the BGP neighbors.
Syntax
shutdown all
Use the no shutdown all command to enable all the congured BGP neighbors.

You can use this command to disable all the congured BGP neighbors.
This command is global for all VRFs.
shutdown address-family-ipv4–multicast
Disables all the BGP neighbors corresponding to the multicast IPv4 address families.
Syntax
shutdown address-family-ipv4–unicast
Use the no shutdown address-family-ipv4–unicast command to enable all the congured BGP
neighbors corresponding to the multicast IPv4 address families.
