Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group to apply the distribute list lter to all routers in the peer
group.
prex-list-name
Enter the name of an established prex list.
If the prex list is not congured, the default is permit (to allow all routes).
in Enter the keyword in to distribute only inbound trac.
out Enter the keyword out to distribute only outbound trac.
Defaults Not congured.

neighbor ebgp-multihop
Attempt and accept BGP connections to external peers on networks that are not directly connected.
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} ebgp-multihop [ttl]
To disallow and disconnect connections, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name}
ebgp-multihop command.
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group.
ttl (OPTIONAL) Enter the number of hops as the Time to Live (ttl) value. The range is from 1
to 255. The default is 255.
Defaults Disabled.
