Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group to apply the distribute list lter to all routers in the peer
group.
prex-list-name
Enter the name of an established prex list.
If the prex list is not congured, the default is permit (to allow all routes).
in Enter the keyword in to distribute only inbound trac.
out Enter the keyword out to distribute only outbound trac.
Defaults Not congured.

neighbor ebgp-multihop
Attempt and accept BGP connections to external peers on networks that are not directly connected.
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} ebgp-multihop [ttl]
To disallow and disconnect connections, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name}
ebgp-multihop command.
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group.
ttl (OPTIONAL) Enter the number of hops as the Time to Live (ttl) value. The range is from 1
to 255. The default is 255.
Defaults Disabled.
