debug isis local-updates
To debug IS-IS local update packets, enable debugging on a specic interface and provides diagnostic information.
Syntax
debug isis local-updates [interface]
To turn o debugging, use the no debug isis local-updates [interface] command.
Parameters
interface (OPTIONAL) Identies the interface type slot/port as one of the following:
• For a Port Channel interface, enter the keywords port-channel then a number.
The range is from 1 to 128.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then
the slot/port information.
•
For a VLAN, enter the keyword vlan then a number from 1 to 4094.

To debug IS-IS complete sequence number PDU (CSNP) and partial sequence number PDU (PSNP) packets, enable debugging on a
specic interface and provides diagnostic information.
Syntax
debug isis snp-packets [interface]
To turn o debugging, use the no debug isis snp-packets [interface] command.
Parameters
interface (OPTIONAL) Identies the interface type slot/port as one of the following:
