hello-time
Set the time interval between generation of the spanning tree bridge protocol data units (BPDUs).
Syntax
hello-time seconds
To return to the default value, use the no hello-time command.
Parameters
seconds Enter a number as the time interval between transmission of BPDUs. The range is from 1
to 10. The default is 2 seconds.
Defaults 2 seconds

forward-delay — changes the wait time before STP transitions to the Forwarding state.
max-age — changes the wait time before STP refreshes protocol conguration information.
max-age
To maintain conguration information before refreshing that information, set the time interval for the spanning tree bridge.
Syntax
max-age seconds
To return to the default values, use the no max-age command.
Parameters
seconds Enter a number of seconds the system waits before refreshing conguration information.
The range is from 6 to 40. The default is 20 seconds.
Defaults 20 seconds
