byte-count Enter one of the following values 8, 16, 24 or 32. Packet sizes are 8000 bytes, 16000
bytes, 32000 bytes, and 64000 bytes.

snmp-server trap-source
Congure a specic interface as the source for SNMP trac.
Syntax
snmp-server trap-source interface
To disable sending traps out a specic interface, use the no snmp trap-source command.
Parameters
interface Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number information:
• For a Loopback interface, enter the keyword loopback then a number from 0 to
16383.
• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then
the slot/port information.
Defaults The IP address assigned to the management interface is the default.

Usage Information To enable this snmp-server trap-source command, congure an IP address on the interface and enable the
interface congured as an SNMP trap source.
