3. Press the fan release tabs (Figure 14 callout 1) and pull the cooling fan out of the NAS appliance chassis
(callout 2).

Installing a Fan
1. Align the plug at the base of the cooling fan with the connector on the system board.
2. Slide the cooling fan (Figure 15 callout 2) into the securing slots until the tabs (callout 1) lock into place.

3. Close the cooling fan access door.
4. If applicable, install the front bezel.
