10.2 CIM_ElementCapabilities (CIM_AllocationCapabilities)
CIM_ElementCapabilities associates the CIM_PowerAllocationSettingData instance that represents the
power aspect of managed systems with CIM_AllocationCapabilities. Table 18 contains the requirements
for elements of this class.
