1. Verify PBE on Client
Open File Explorer and navigate to the user’s home directories.
Note: The Citrix (P:) is the Personal vDisk for persistent virtual machines drive letter may change in
customers environment.
Double-click on drive “Citrix (P:)”
2. Encrypted files
Note: Key icons show that the files are encrypted.
