Configuration" from the listed recovery options, the recovery fails. The workaround is to mount all drives first through
Disk Utility or Recovery tool and then select "Accept New System Configuration ". Recovery fails if "Accept New System
Configuration " is done without a mount. [DDPMS-1743]
