Parameter Description
ATP = Advanced Threat Prevention only
DE-ATP = Advanced Threat Prevention and Encryption. This is the default installation option if the
FEATURES parameter is not specified
DE = Drive Encryption client only
BLM = BitLocker Manager
SED = SED Manager (Encryption Management Agent/Manager, PBA/GPE Drivers)(Available only
when installed on a workstation operating system)
ATP-WEBFIREWALL = Advanced Threat Prevention with Client Firewall and Web Protection
DE-ATP-WEBFIREWALL = Encryption and Advanced Threat Prevention with Client Firewall and
Web Protection
NOTE: For upgrades from Encryption Enterprise or from pre-v1.4 Endpoint Security Suite
Enterprise, ATP-WEBFIREWALL or DE-ATP-WEBFIREWALL
must
be specified in order to
install Client Firewall and Web Protection. Do not specify ATP-WEBFIREWALL or DE-ATP-
WEBFIREWALL when installing a client to be managed by Dell Server running in Disconnected
mode.
BLM_ONLY=1 Must be used when using FEATURES=BLM in the command line to exclude the SED Manager
plugin.

● (On a workstation operating system) This example installs all components using the Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise
master installer on standard ports, silently, in the default location of C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data
Protection\, and configures it to use the specified Dell Server.
