Command Line Installation for Advanced Threat Prevention
To install the Advanced Threat Prevention client using the command line, follow the steps below.
1. From the Dell installation media, mount the Endpoint-Security-Suite-Enterprise-<version>.dmg file. The Endpoint Security
Suite Enterprise for Mac package opens.
2. From the Utilities folder, copy the com.dell.esse.plist file to the local drive.
3. Open the .plist file.
4. Edit the placeholder values with the fully qualified hostname of the Dell Server to manage the target user, such as
server.organization.com, and port number 8888:
