If Deny is selected, the uninstallation and decryption are unable to continue.
b. Enter the administrator password.
2. After the disk is fully decrypted, restart the computer (when prompted).
3. After the computer restarts, launch the Uninstall Dell Encryption Enterprise application (located in the Utilities folder in
the Dell-Encryption-Enterprise-<version>.dmg in the Dell installation media).
Messages display the status of the uninstallation.
Encryption Enterprise for Mac is now uninstalled, and the computer can be used normally.
Uninstall Encryption External Media
To uninstall Encryption External Media:
1. Navigate to Library > Dell > EMS, and select the Uninstall EMS application.
2. On the Uninstall Dell EMS page, click Uninstall.
3. Enter your user name and password, and click OK.
4. At the uninstall confirmation screen, click OK.
