3. Click Recover next to the endpoint.
4. Enter a password then click Downloadx86 or Downloadx64.
5. Copy the recovery file to the endpoint and run the file.

License Management
License Management
To view usage of Client Access Licenses (CALs) that you own and upload new licenses, click
Management > License Management.
Upload Client Access Licenses
You received CALs separately from the installation files, either at the initial purchase or later if you
added additional CALs.
1. In the left pane, click Management > License Management.
2. Under Upload Licenses, click Choose File to browse to and select the saved CAL.
View or Add License Notifications
Through Notification Management, you can set up notifications of license usage or expiration.
In the left pane, click Management > Notification Management.
