Windows 參考檔案

您可以使用下列記錄檔與錯誤檔以排除 EKM 3.0 Windows 安裝的問題：

• C:\tklm_install.stderr (標準錯誤記錄檔)

• C:\tklmV2properties\*.log (DB2 安裝記錄檔)

• C:\Users\Administrator\IA-TIPInstall-00.txt (EKM 3.0 安裝記錄檔)

註: 此路徑適用於 Windows Server 2008 版。若為 Windows Server 2003 R2 含 Service Pack 2，EKM 3.0 安裝記

錄檔位於 C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\IA-TIPInstall-00.txt。

• C:\Dell\EKM\products\tklm\logs\audit\tklm_audit.txt (稽核檔案) (除了安裝的問題之外，此檔案亦可用於排除

使用上的問題)。

註: 以上如今假設以 C: 做為根磁碟機，請以您的根磁碟機代號取代 C:。
