vSphere HA settings
Known datastore issue
When configured with a single datastore, an error message in vCenter Server appears stating insufficient
datastore defined in the cluster.
Work around
To address this, add an exception as follows:
3. Log in to vCenter Server.
4. Right-click cluster and click Settings.
5. Click vSphere HA > Edit > Advanced Options.
6. Under Option, add an entry for das.ignorInsufficientHbDatastore.
7. Under Value, type true.
8. Click Cluster Features.
9. Clear Turn on vSphere HA and click OK.
10. Wait for all the hosts in the cluster to remove the HA configuration, then right-click the cluster and
click Edit Settings.
11. Click Failures & Responses.
12. Click Turn on vSphere HA.
13. Click OK.
