Enhancements
This chapter provides information on the enhancements in the current release
The following points provides information on the enhancements for the current release:
● HTTPS support Cacert option is used along with catalog or source location for connecting https server using the certificate.
HTTPS is used for getting repository and catalog details.
● Proxy used when user tries connecting to repository or to get updates by user configured proxy with only online or
downloads.dell.com repository.
● During updates, it skips invalid or unavailable category filters.
● Dynamic GPG key support: DSU downloads and updates dynamically the signature file that is provided along with catalog
location from the index catalog .
