Issue 1(158456):
Description:
For a specific component that requires system reboot through out-of-band update, the system reboot will be performed only if the reboot
option is passed to DSU. Reboot does not happen in accordance to exit code displayed in the progress status file.

Description:
Uninstalling DSU on RHEL 7, RHEL 8.1 and above will show warning message for libssh2 library being absent. This won't affect the
uninstallation procedure and will result in successful uninstallation of DSU
