NX3340 upgrades
The following options that are supported on the PowerEdge R640 server can be ordered as separate customer kits for the
NX3340. These options can be installed either by the customer or by an installation service. The options must be supported on a
PowerEdge R640 server with the same chassis and riser combination as the NX3340 system.

Fibre Channel
Cards
Supports the same Fibre Channel cards as the parent server that has the exact same chassis and riser
combination as the NX system.
