Installing the backplane
The procedure to install the backplane is identical for all backplane configurations.
Prerequisites
Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions.
Steps
1. Use the hooks on the system as guides to align the drive backplane.
2. Lower the drive backplane until the release tabs snap into place. If applicable, tighten the captive screws on the backplane.
