Known Issues and Resolutions

This section provides information about known issues with this release of SUU.

Issue

The progress of Inventory is not displayed and below message is displayed while launching SUU.

Unable to show information for inventory. Please wait for inventory to complete

Later, the comparison report is displayed to update the firmware in SUU.

Issue

Emulex FC firmware is not listed in the SUU Comparison Report.

Issue

When you run the S140 driver update on Microsoft Windows Server operating system, the update is unsuccessful.

Issue

Mellanox driver and firmware are not listed in SUU Comparison Report.

Issue

If SUU fails to update on systems running Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 operating system with below error:Another instance

of SUU already running. Only one instance of SUU is allowed at a time…

Resolution

Perform the following:

1. Go to C:\Windows\Temp\

2. Delete BAUpdate.xml

3. Relaunch SUU.

Issue

QLogic 10GE 2P QL41112HxCU-DE Adapter is not listed in SUU Comparison report on Windows Server 2019 operating system.

Issue

Qlogic 41xxx adapter firmware DUP (SWB-YC37P) is displayed as Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 in SUU Comparison

report.
