SUU supports the following Dell VRTX systems running the supported Linux and Windows operating system:
M520-VRTX, M620-VRTX, M820-VRTX, M630-VRTX, M830-VRTX, M640-VRTX
SUU supports the following Dell PowerVault systems running the supported Windows operating system:
NX1950, DP500 / NF500, NX300,DL2000,DP600/NF600,NX3000,DL2100,NX3100,DL2200, NX3500,NX200.
SUU supports the following EqualLogic systems running the supported Linux and Windows operating system:
DX6004S, DX6012S, DX6000G, FS7500, DX6000
Important notes
DUPs for Dell Lifecycle Controller OS Driver packs are no longer available on the Dell OpenManage Server Update ISO. You can find
them on Dell Lifecycle Controller OS Driver Packs ISO.
The below information helps enhance your experience with SUU in specific implementations and environments.
 SUU supports Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) Service Module 2.3 and later version.
NOTE: iDRAC Service Module is supported on all 12th and 13th generation of PowerEdge servers (64-bit operating system)
with iDRAC version later than 2.10.10.10.
 If you launch SUU from a command shell and then press <Ctrl><C>, the SUU procedure, as well as any running updates, will
terminate.(137862)
 When you launch SUU, depending on the system configuration the inventory collection process takes few minutes , delaying the
display of system comparison report.(138439)
 The figures and examples in the "Dell OpenManage Server Update Utility User's Guide" are used as examples only and may not
be identical to the SUU GUI.(137294,136624)
 When you verify the SUU return codes, use the operating system-specific commands to view the exit codes.(137296)

Known issues and resolutions
This section provides information about known issues with this release of SUU:
 Qlogic 41xxx adapter firmware DUP (SWB-YC37P) is displayed as “Dual Band Wireless AC 3160” in SUU Comparison
report.
 When you run Qlogic 41xxx adapter firmware DUP (SWB-YC37P) for the same version to upgrade, the update is
unsuccessful.
 If SUU Auto-launch not happening in RHEL OSes, then install "xterm" RPM package.
 When you run the iSM update on Microsoft Windows Server Core operating system, the update is unsuccessful.
 NO OMSA upgrade support for 14G L1 Platforms.
 SUU GUI fails to open in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 operating system.
