使用 WinPE 3.0 在第 13 代 PowerEdge 平台上部署操作系统
由于在 WinPE 3.0 中未提供 USB 3.0 驱动程序，因此在启用了 USB 3.0 设置和 4 GB 以上的内存映射 I/OBIOS 配置设置的情况下，
操作系统部署会失败。
解决方案：要在第 13 代 PowerEdge 服务器上从 BIOS 引导模式引导至 winPE3.x（32 位和 64 位），请禁用 USB 3.0 设置和 4 GB 以
