Resolution- Use the import option to add DUPs to other bundles.
Issue 16
After repair when you chose to restart the system, the system does not restart automatically.
Resolution- Restart the system manually.
Issue 17
If you are using home path as your target location for exporting a file from DRM in Linux operating system, the browse window
becomes unresponsive.
Resolution- Remove the trailing slash, and then export the file.
If you have already used /home/ for exporting a file and the browse window becomes unresponsive.
Resolution-Delete the directory: /var/dell/drm/config, and then continue using DRM.
Issue 18
If you upgrade DRM to the latest version and use different installation paths other than the previously used installation path, the
following issues may occur:
An error message while accessing OLH:
Lost connection. Waiting for DRMservice to reconnect.
DRM version is not updated in CLI.
Resolution- Use same installation path as used before for updating DRM.
Issue 19
In CLI, the message Preferences are updated successfully is displayed but proxy details are not set.
Resolution-Provide the proxy port number while setting proxy.
Issue 20
Unable to connect to proxy when proxy password contains special character.
Resolution- Change the password of proxy which can contain only special characters(_, @,#, \, -, !, ., &, %, $, *) and retry
setting the proxy.
Issue 21
Repository creation fails for iDRAC integration using CLI when special characters are used in password.
Resolution-Use special characters( _, @, #, $, %, !) in password field for repository creation.
Installation Instructions
For installing DRM on Linux operating system, run the following command: DRMInstaller.bin -i silent
