OMSDK installation without pip
For those users who do not have permission to install OMSDK with pip.
You can install Dell EMC OpenManage Python SDK (OMSDK) without pip.

Component service
• Helps user to see the list of services that are added or to be added to host or host group
• Allows users to add and remove services for host or host group
