Manage SupportAssist Enterprise (SAE) by

using OMM

SupportAssist enables you to identify hardware issues and upload this data to Dell EMC technical support teams. The support

teams manually create a case for the uploaded SupportAssist data, and then contacts you, if necessary.

Ensure that the:

● Setting for storing the registration information is enabled. For more information, see Store iDRAC-SupportAssist data on

OMM on page 49.

● iDRAC Service Module (iSM) is installed on the server for a successful registration.
