4. You can view the following options:

• Software Details—View the software details of the device

• Hardware Log—View the hardware logs

• Alerts—View the alerts

• Warranty—View warranty information of the device

• Health Status—View the health status

• Hardware Inventory—View the Hardware Inventory

• Network Details—View the network details

• Location—View the Data Center, Room, Aisle, Rack, and Slot

5. Tap and then tap Support to access the Dell Quick Resource Locator website.

Viewing software details

To view the software details:

• On the Device Details page, tap Software details.

The Software Details page is displayed with the software information of an OpenManage Enterprise.

Viewing hardware log

To view the hardware log:

• On the Device Details page, tap Hardware Log.

The Hardware log page is displayed.

Viewing the warranty information

To view the warranty information:

• On the Device Details page, tap Warranty.

The Warranty Information pages is displayed.

NOTE:

An internet connection is required to view the warranty information.
