Viewing hardware logs of an iDRAC

To view the hardware logs of an iDRAC:

1 In the iDRAC Details screen, tap Hardware Logs.

The logs screen is displayed.

2 Select System Event Log or Lifecycle Log from the list that is displayed.

3 Tap the appropriate log entry for additional details.

: Retrieving hardware logs may take a few minutes.

Viewing rmware details of an iDRAC

To view the rmware details of an iDRAC:

• In the iDRAC Details screen, tap Firmware Details.

The Firmware Details screen is displayed.
