Warranty Notication Settings
The following table provides information about the elds displayed in the Settings → Warranty Notication Settings page.

Field Description
Warranty Email Notications
Enable Warranty Email Notications Enables or disables the sending of warranty email notications.
To The email addresses of the recipients of the warranty
notication email. Each email address must be a valid email
address. Multiple email addresses must be separated using a
semicolon.
From The email address from which the warranty notication email is
to be sent. Only one email address must be provided. The email
address must be a valid email address.
All Devices with x days or less of warranty Determines which devices to include in the warranty notication
email. Devices with warranty less than or equal to the specied
days are included in the warranty notication email.
Include Expired Warranties Species if devices with expired warranty (0 days) or no
warranty information should be included in the warranty email
notication.
Send email every x days The duration between successive warranty email notications.
An update to this eld takes eect only after the next warranty
email notication is sent.
Next Email Will Send On The date and time at which the next warranty notication email
is to be sent. You can congure this eld to set when the next
warranty notication email is to be sent. After an email
notication is successfully sent, this eld is updated
automatically based on the setting in the Send email every x
days eld.
Email Settings Opens the E-mail Settings page where you can congure the
SMTP email server.
Warranty Scoreboard Notications
Enable Warranty Scoreboard Notications Enables or disables the display of the warranty notications icon
in the OpenManage Essentials heading banner. The warranty
notication icon is displayed only if a device has warranty less
than or equal to the days specied in All Devices with x Days or
less of warranty .
All Devices with x Days or less of warranty Determines which devices to include in the warranty notication
email. Devices with warranty less than or equal to the specied
days are included in the warranty notication email.
Include Expired Warranties Species if devices with expired warranty (0 days) or no
warranty information should be included in the Device Warranty
Report.
