Create Static Power Policy
12 Static Power and Temperature-Triggered Policies with OpenManage Enterprise Power Manager
- Minimum, maximum and average power metrics are displayed for the selected device or group
based on the Monitoring Time Period selected. You can refer these power metrics for 1 Day, 7
Days, 1 Month or 3 Months from the drop-down menu. Identify the valid range for Power Cap
value from the Lower Bound and Upper Bound values.
- In case of groups, the overall Power Cap value is the aggregate of Power Cap values of
individual devices which are monitored as part of the group.
The minimum, average and maximum power history values are displayed based on the aggregated metric
values of devices monitored as part of group for specific monitoring time periods.
The Lower Bound and Upper Bound values for the group displayed in Power History are the aggregate of
Lower Bound and Upper Bound values of monitored devices.
Power Settings section after a group is selected
For Individual Devices, the Lower Bound and Upper Bound values are retrieved from the device inventory.
The minimum, average and maximum power history values are displayed based on the metric values
displayed in Power Management and Monitoring tab for the selected device with respect to the monitoring
time period.
