2. To view the PDUs, click the Associated Devices tab.
All the PDUs that are associated with this rack are listed with all details.
View PDUs discovered in OpenManage Enterprise
View the details of a PDU after discovering it in OpenManage Enterprise.
About this task
NOTE: If you are logging in as a Device Manager, only the device groups and devices that are in your scope are available for
viewing and management.
For example, if you are logging in as a Device Manager DM1 user, you can only view all the PDU devices that are part of the
group that is assigned to a Device Manager DM1 user.
Steps
1. Launch OpenManage Enterprise and click Devices.
2. Expand ALL DEVICES, click PDU Devices and click a PDU device.
The Overview tab is displayed.
3. All the information about the PDU is displayed.
4. To view the IP address details, click the Hardware tab.
The Device Management Info tab is displayed with IP and MAC address along with the device URL and name.
To view the NIC card details, click the NIC Information section.
The MAC, IPv4 address, and subnet mask information are displayed.
NOTE: Network Interface Controller (NIC) information is available only for PDUs by APC by Schneider Electric.
To view PDU Outlet information such as outlet number, name, and power rating, click the PDU Outlet Information
section.

Remove PDU devices
Remove faulty or old and decommissioned Power Distribution Unit (PDU) devices from a rack.
About this task
NOTE:
If you are logging in as a Device Manager, only the device groups and devices that are in your scope are available for
viewing and management.
For example, if you are logging in as a Device Manager DM1 user, you cannot remove any PDU devices that are part of the
group defined in Device Manager DM1 user scope.
Steps
1. Launch OpenManage Enterprise and perform one of the following steps:
Click Plugins > Power Management > Rack View, and then right-click and select Manage Rack option.
The Manage Rack page is displayed.
OR
a. Click Devices.
The Devices tab is displayed.
b. Click PLUGIN GROUPS > Physical Hierarchy, expand until rack level and right-click the group, and select Manage
Rack option.
The Manage Rack page is displayed.
2. To remove a PDU device, click the Associated Devices tab.
