spanning-tree vlan cost
Sets the path cost of the interface per VLAN for PVST calculations.
Syntax
spanning-tree vlan vlan-id cost {value}
Parameters value — Enter a port cost value to set the path cost of the interface for PVST calculations, from 1 to
200000000.
Defaults
100- Mb/s Ethernet interface = 200000
1 Gigabit Ethernet interface = 20000
10-Gigabit Ethernet interface = 2000
Port-channel interface with one 100 Mb/s Ethernet = 200000
Port-channel interface with one 1 Gigabit Ethernet = 20000
Port-channel interface with one 10 Gigabit Ethernet = 2000
Port-channel with two 1 Gigabit Ethernet = 18000
Port-channel with two 10 Gigabit Ethernet = 1800
Port-channel with two 100 Mbps Ethernet = 180000

Disables spanning tree on a specified VLAN.
Syntax
spanning-tree vlan vlan-id disable
Parameters vlan-id — Enter the VLAN ID number, from 1 to 4093.
Default Enabled

Usage Information The no version of this command enables spanning tree on the specified VLAN.

Configures a time interval for the interface to wait in the Blocking state or Learning state before moving to the Forwarding state.
Syntax
spanning-tree vlan vlan-id forward-time seconds
Parameters
vlan-id— Enter a VLAN ID number, from 1 to 4093.
seconds — Enter the forward-delay time in seconds, from 4 to 30.
Default 15 seconds
