License Importing
Cannot Import Trial Licenses
Message
Trial licenses are not supported by the license manager.
Resolution
Apply a trial license through the iDRAC GUI or RACADM CLI. For more
information, see the iDRAC documentation.
License or Archive is Corrupt or Unreadable
Messages
• Unable to read archive file.
• The archive does not contain any license files.
• Unable to parse license.
• The digital signature is invalid.
Resolution
Download license archive once again from the Dell Online Licensing Portal at
dell.com/support/retail/lkm.
